The best of Warner Bros.' greatest cast of characters from the golden era of animation populate these 60 restored and uncut Looney Tunes on four DVDs. Bugs Bunny and friendly foes Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd dominate the action on disc one; Warner Bros.' off-center fairy tales ("Little Red Rodent Hood"; "Tweety and the Beanstalk") are the focus of the second disc. Cartoons from director Bob Clampett are showcased on disc three, while the fourth DVD collects early toons from the 1930s, including lots of Porky Pig. More than five hours of bonus features encompass a feature-length PBS documentary on Oscar-winning director Chuck Jones, three TV specials, Private SNAFU and Mr. Hook training shorts from WWII, and commentaries from cast and crew.
