Description
|
|
|
|
After biological war has decimated life on Earth, military scientist Robert Neville (Charlton Heston) believes he is the only uninfected survivor. By day, he tools around the sunlit streets of L.A. in a convertible, foraging for supplies and watching the film Woodstock over and over. At night he must fend off attacks from The Family, a sinister race of albino-like mutants spawned by the plague and led by a former TV newsman (Anthony Zerbe). After meeting another uninfected survivior (Rosalind Cash), however, Neville becomes a man with a mission. This 1971 adaptation of Richard Matheson's novel I Am Legend was remade by Will Smith in 2007.
