These unique and spectacular two-piano arrangements begin brilliantly with the overture to Leonard Bernstein's Candide and continue with a medley from his West Side Story. The great Broadway composer Richard Rodgers is remembered with a group of waltzes and with tunes from The Sound of Music. Jerry Herman's anthem "I Am What I Am" from La Cage aux Folles and Andrew Lloyd Webber's haunting show-stopper "Memories" from Cats are succeeded by music from Marvin Hamlisch's A Chorus Line, for an appropriately boffo finish.
